These new Casio models incorporate a Twin Sensor, providing both temperature and direction readings, within a robust, 200m water resistant design. This makes them suitable for sports, occupational activities, or any situation involving exposure to water. In addition to standard timekeeping functions such as world time stopwatch, and alarms, these models feature a direction sensor for compass bearing and a thermometer for temperature measurement. Direction readings and time are displayed with large, easily legible numerals. The expansive LCD screen is divided into three segments, facilitating a clear and readily understandable presentation of data. Mineral glass is utilized to protect the display from scratches.

The bearing sensor provides readings in one-degree increments with ten seconds of continuous measurement, including a graphic direction pointer. Bearing Sensor Correction and Magnetic Declination correction are supported. The thermometer displays temperatures ranging from -10 to 60 degrees Celsius (14 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit) in 0.1-degree Celsius (0.2-degree Fahrenheit) increments.

Additional features include an EL Backlight with Afterglow, World Time covering 29 time zones (48 cities) with city code display and daylight saving on/off functionality, four Daily Alarms and one Snooze Alarm, and a Countdown Timer settable from 1 minute to 24 hours. The stopwatch measures in 1/100 second increments, with a measuring capacity of 59'59.99" and measuring modes for elapsed time, split time, and 1st-2nd place times. An Hourly Time Signal, Auto Calendar (pre-programmed until the year 2099), 12/24 Hour Format, and button operation tone on/off are also included.

Accuracy is rated at +/-20 seconds per month without signal calibration. Power is supplied by a CR2025 battery, providing an approximate battery life of 3 years. The watch features a durable Resin Band and utilizes Module 3157. The inclusion of world time stopwatch and 200m water resistant construction further enhance the versatility of this timepiece.
