SHIPPING POLICY
At PREPXI we want you to love us and remain a loyal customer for life.
We provide Free Shipping on all orders, above a certain amount, usually $100.00. We take care to ship your items on the same day if the order is received by 3:00 PM.
Some orders will require special handling which may take an additional 1 to 2 days. In these cases, the item being purchased will be clearly labeled.
Most items will be delivered 3 to 5 days after the order is placed.
Unless otherwise noted, we ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS.
Throughout the ordering process, you the customer, will be notified via email when the order is process, released to the shipper and when products are delivered.
Note that in some cases your order may come in seperate boxes if these items are either too heavy or housed at different warehouses.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At PREPXI, we have a no questions asked, free, 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
For purchases made between December 15th and December 31st (inclusive), this 30-day return window is extended to 45 days.
For an item to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@prepxi.com or via our Chat bot on our site: prepxi.com.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.
If your item is not accepted, we will contact you. We may elect to give you a partial merchandise credit that you can use at our store within a full year, or if you prefer, we may return the product back to you at your expense.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, drinks or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on "final sale", aka liquidation items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We don't do straight exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you want.
European Union 3 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded 100% of the purchase price, plus taxes and any shipping costs, back on your original payment method the same day. Please remember it can take 2 to 5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. On average, expect a 5-day refund period from the time your item is received and refund approved to when the credit appears in your bank or credit card account.
