However, except in extreme cases, it usually takes 4 to 10 days to receive your items.

Designer brands fashion, shoes and jewelry are shipped from four different warehouses in Europe and in the US. We only ship via FedEx® and DHL® to ensure you get your products fast and in a secure way. For fragrances and beauty products we usually ship from the US via FedEx® & UPS®.

No, we do not ship our products to forwarders or warehouses / depots. In very special situations and with larger quantities, we may allow it but you will need to contact us, immediately after you place your order, or preferably before.

We have a no questions asked, free, 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. For purchases made between December 15th and December 31st (inclusive), this 30-day return window is extended to 45 days. 

No. We do not sell used, pre-owned, refurbished stuff on our site. We only sell brand new, unopened, never used products in their original packaging, sealed where appropriate, with all their original tags attached.
