A tempered glass viewing window allows for convenient monitoring of the cooking process. The "Anti-Flare" Infrared technology delivers intense and evenly distributed heat, minimizing flare-ups and instantly emulsifying drippings, which imparts a desirable smoky flavor to your culinary creations. Proudly made in the U.S.A., this grill is constructed entirely of 18-9 mirror-polished stainless steel, providing exceptional durability in demanding environments. The primary and secondary grilling surfaces offer versatility for searing, slow cooking, or simply keeping food warm. The unit is equipped with fold-away table top legs for convenient portability and a hermetically sealed thermometer for precise temperature monitoring. The swiveling control valve/regulator is designed for use with standard 1 lb. disposable propane fuel canisters, enabling quick and safe fuel canister exchanges. It can also be easily adapted to existing on-board low-pressure propane (LPG) or natural gas (CNG) fuel systems. For secure mounting, "Heavy Duty" mounting hardware is recommended. Magma mounts, serving shelf, and fuel canisters are sold separately.
